Duryea Borough Sewer Authority

The Duryea Borough Sewer Authority was organized in compliance with the requirements of the Act of May 2, 1945 P.L. 382, known as the “Municipal Authorities Act”, the Board of Directors of Duryea Borough organized “The Duryea Borough Sewer Authority” (the Authority) and was issued a Certificate of Incorporation dated April 15, 1969. The Authority was formed to acquire, hold, construct, improve and maintain, own, and lease a public sewer system.
